Meet Kelly Timberlake

For Kelly Timberlake, being a Family Educator with Imprints Cares is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to combine what she values most: children, families, learning, and a little bit of play.

“My favorite part of my job is that I get to PLAY every day,” Kelly shares. Just as important is the opportunity to work alongside talented and devoted coworkers who share her commitment to helping children and families thrive.

A former teacher and lifelong learner, Kelly describes her role with the Ready for School program as her “dream job” because it allows her personal values and professional experience to come together. Through her work with families, she helps parents recognize the important role they play in their child’s development and gives them tools and encouragement to support learning at home.

“It brings me joy to help ALL children start school with as much support as they can and to empower parents to be their child’s first and most important teacher,” Kelly says.

That belief is at the heart of our Ready for School work. By partnering with parents during their child’s earliest years, Family Educators like Kelly help build strong foundations for learning, confidence, and future success.

When she isn’t working with families, Kelly enjoys reading, gardening, walking her dog, and going to the beach.
