Before-school care starts at 6:30am and lasts until the students are dismissed to their classes.
After-school care starts at the dismissal of school and lasts until 6:00pm.

We have four different levels of service:
Before-school (morning-only) package

For parents who need occasional care, Imprints Cares offers a prepaid drop-in service. Drop-in services are parent-managed through an online calendar. Parents may use any days throughout the month they choose. Drop-in services used without prepayment are subject to an additional fee.
Before-school only care is $120/month
After-school only care is $285/month
Before- and after-school care is $305/month

* Pricing for the Coliseum location is slightly higher than our off-site programs due to necessary programmatic logistics (including transportation and student to staff ratios).
Yes, there is a $40 nonrefundable registration fee.
There are 3 options for submitting payment for services. The preferred method of payment is an ACH transfer set up under autopay. All options are as follows:
Autopay: You can set up autopay through your parent portal. Payment will be drafted automatically each month.
Online: One-time payments can be made through the parent portal. You can access your parent portal through our website.
Phone: You may call the Imprints Cares office to make a secured payment by phone: 336-722-6296.
Full-time services:
Payments for Full-time services are due on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month of service.
Full-time accounts can set up autopay to draft on the 25th of each month. (For accounts with past-due balances, the autopay will pull the full balance.)
Drop-in services:
Payments for Drop-in services are charged and required per service. (Autopay is not available for payment of Drop-in charges.)
Imprints Cares does have discounts available for parents and/or guardians. Discounts only apply to full-time services during the school year and only one discount can apply per family. Available discounts are as follows:
Sibling Discount – Imprints Cares offers a 10% discount for each subsequent student registered after the first.
WSFCS Employee Discount – Imprints Cares offers a 20% discount per student when service is provided on-site at school locations for WS/FCS employees.
Military Discount – Imprints Cares offers a 20% discount per student to military families.
ACH - setup on autopay will be an additional 1.4% discount when using checking account information
Yes, the late fees are as follows:
For Full-time services, payments not received by the last day of the month will incur a $35 late fee on the 1st day of the upcoming month of care. Students will not be allowed to attend the next month until the balance is paid in full.
Although daily schedules may vary at each school, a typical after-school care schedule includes:
30 minutes of SEL (Social Emotional Learning)/Snack
45+ minutes of homework
45 minutes of outside play time
30 minutes of enrichment/STEM activities
All activities will enhance your student’s social and emotional development while creating a safe and inviting environment.
During after-school care, Imprints Cares provides all students with a healthy afternoon snack. Snacks from home are not necessary unless the student has dietary restrictions. If you have questions about snacks, contact your site supervisor.
If your student is signed up for after-school only or before- and after-school care, then care on teacher workdays is included in the price.
If your student is signed up for before-school only or drop-in service, there is an additional fee for care on teacher workdays.
Students must be picked up by 6:00 pm each day from after-school care. Failure to do so will result in additional fees at the following rates:
Before 6:15 pm — $10 fee
6:15 pm – 6:29 pm — $30 fee
6:30 pm – 6:59 pm — $75 fee
After 7:00 pm — $100 fee
Charges will be billed and due upon receipt of the invoice.
Non-payment of fees will result in dismissal from the program.
More than 3 occurrences of late pick-up may result in the dismissal of the student from Imprints Cares.
A re-entry fee may apply. If your student is not picked up by 6:45 pm and Imprints Cares is unable to reach any authorized adults on your account, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s department will be notified.
Once payment is made for services, no refunds and/or credits will be given.
WS/FC Schools and Imprints Cares will be closed on the following dates:
September 1 - Labor Day
November 11 - Veteran’s Day
November 26 – 28 - Thanksgiving Break
December 23 – January 1 - Winter Break
January 19 - MLK Holiday
April 3 - Good Friday
June 19 - Juneteenth (Summer Camp ONLY)
July 4 - Independence Day (Summer Camp ONLY)
Service will not be provided on weekends, school-designated holidays, and inclement weather days.

CLOSED FOR STUDENTS — Imprints Cares will be closed
1 HOUR DELAY — Imprints Cares opens at 7:30 am
2 HOUR DELAY — Imprints Cares opens at 8:30 am
DISMISSED EARLY — Imprints Cares will begin service immediately following dismissal
Parents/guardians will be contacted if weather conditions become a safety concern for our students and/or staff. Please note, we cannot release students during a tornado warning.
Note: No credits, refunds, or transfers are given for days missed due to inclement weather.
For the safety of students, parents and guardians are required to sign their children in and out with a staff member every day they attend the program.
Each parent/guardian will have their own PIN code for their child/children.
To enforce any non-authorized pick-up orders, current custody papers must be on file at your student’s school and the Imprints Cares office before your student begins service.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
We employ highly qualified staff including teachers, school staff, local college students, and community members who have been thoroughly vetted with extensive background checks.
If students bring electronics to school, those items must be left in their bookbags when in our care.
This policy includes cell phones, laptops, electronic games, etc.
If your student needs medication while in our care, please complete a medication authorization form. See your site supervisor for a copy of the form.
Medications must be in the prescribed or original container.
In case of an injury to your student, an injury report will be completed. The parent/guardian will be notified based on the severity of the injury. Otherwise, the form will be given at pick up.
