Expanded Learning

Kindergarten Connections

for families with children entering kindergarten

The Kindergarten Connection Program takes a comprehensive approach to breaking down barriers.

Our navigators work directly with families in their homes and communities, providing personalized support throughout the kindergarten enrollment process. This includes assistance with documentation, health screenings, navigating school choices, and preparing for early learning.

What makes our program unique is its cultural responsiveness and whole-family approach—we don't just help with enrollment; we prepare both children and parents for the transition to formal education.
