Meet Brooke Thompson, Expanded Learning, Assistant Director and Summer Camp Director

 

Behind every great program is a team of dedicated people working to make a difference. For Brooke Thompson, that means ensuring children have safe, engaging experiences while helping staff grow into confident leaders.

 

Brooke helps oversee before- and after-school programs, summer camps, All Day Care, and the daily operations that keep everything running smoothly.

 

“My favorite part of my job is seeing everything come together,” Brooke shares. After countless hours of planning, visiting a program and seeing children laughing, learning, and enjoying themselves makes it all worthwhile.

 

For Brooke, the most meaningful moments often come through the little things: a child excited to return, a parent's positive feedback, or a staff member discovering their leadership potential.

 

“Those moments remind me that the work we do every day has an impact beyond simply providing childcare.”

 

Known for being dependable, organized, and caring, Brooke was especially touched when her team recently described her as “kind-hearted.”

 

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and making memories with her favorite, Maverick.

 

Through her dedication to children, families, and staff, Brooke helps bring the Imprints Cares mission of nurturing children for lifelong success to life every day.
